RETURN POLICY

Latitude 32 Photography is pleased to provide a simple return policy.  Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.  Should you not be satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase.  In cases of order error, damage or defects, please contact us within 5 days so that we can arrange to correct your order.  

To initiate a return, please email support@latitude32photography.com and include the following information:

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival so that you can take advantage of the 30 days return policy.

  • Please include the following information for your return:

    • Your name and contact information.

    • Title of the piece.

    • Purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of receipt).

    • Reason for return (i.e., art work damaged – please include a photo of the damage).

  • Please retain all original shipping boxes and packaging materials.

  • Please carefully repack and return the complete product in the original packaging if possible.

  • Latitude 32 Photography is not responsible for lost or damaged customer returns. We suggest that you return your product through a traceable and insured carrier, should your return shipment become lost or damaged.

  • Your refund will be processed when the return has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
